Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ClasherZone website (the "Site"), creating an account, participating in tournaments, or inviting/using the ClasherZone Discord Bot and related integrations (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access the Service.

ClasherZone is an esports and community platform tailored for Clash of Clans players. The Service includes:

• Browsing, rating, copying, and sharing Clash of Clans base layouts.
• Creator tools for uploading and managing verified base layouts and feeds.
• Tournament hosting, team/player registration, bracket management, and King of the Hill (KOTH) systems.
• The ClasherZone Discord Bot, providing automated base feeds, multi-channel tournament broadcasts, roster verification, and interaction commands.

• You must provide accurate and verifiable information when creating an account or linking your Clash of Clans player tag.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any CZ Link tokens issued to you.
• You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.
• Linking your Discord account via OAuth2 or the /cz link command connects your Discord identity to your ClasherZone profile for tournament rosters and bot interactions.
• We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate any account that violates these terms or engages in fraudulent behavior.

When adding or using the ClasherZone Discord Bot ("the Bot") in any Discord server:

• You must have administrative permissions (Manage Server / Administrator) to authorize and configure the Bot in a Discord server.
• You agree to comply with Discord's Terms of Service (https://discord.com/terms) and Community Guidelines (https://discord.com/guidelines).
• You may not use the Bot to spam channels, abuse slash commands, bypass Discord rate limits, or disrupt server operations.
• The Bot automatically manages channels, announcements, and base feeds as configured by server administrators and tournament hosts.
• We reserve the right to remove the Bot from any server or restrict bot access to any user engaging in abusive or fraudulent conduct.

For organizers and participants using the ClasherZone Tournament platform:

• Tournament hosts are solely responsible for organizing rules, scheduling matches, and managing community prizes.
• Participants must compete fairly, adhere to roster restrictions, and maintain sportsmanlike conduct.
• Attempting to manipulate match scores, falsify player tags, exploit brackets, or collude in tournament matches is strictly prohibited and results in immediate disqualification and platform ban.

By uploading a base layout to ClasherZone, you represent and warrant that:

• The layout is your own original creation or you have explicit permission to publish it.
• Layout screenshots and descriptions do not contain hateful, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content.
• Base layout copy links are valid, unmodified Clash of Clans in-game URLs.
• Level indicators (Town Hall, Builder Hall, Capital Peak) are accurate.

You retain ownership of the original base designs you submit. By uploading, you grant ClasherZone a perpetual, world-wide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute the content via our website and Discord Bot.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the website or Discord bot APIs without prior authorization.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks.
• Distribute malware, phish for credentials, or flood our servers or Discord gateways.
• Circumvent rate limits, token security, or authentication barriers.

The Service and Discord Bot are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the bot or site will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or that Discord notifications will be received without latency.

In no event shall ClasherZone or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or Discord Bot.

We may modify these Terms at any time by updating this page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service or Discord Bot at our sole discretion.
