By accessing or using ClasherZone ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

ClasherZone is a community platform where Clash of Clans players can discover, share, and download base layouts. The Service includes browsing base layouts, rating layouts, copying in-game links, and — for registered creators — uploading and managing base layouts.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

By uploading a base layout to ClasherZone, you agree that:

• The base layout is your own original work or you have permission to share it.
• You will not upload base layouts that contain offensive, hateful, or illegal content in screenshots or descriptions.
• You will not upload spam, malware links, or fraudulent content.
• You will not impersonate other creators or misrepresent the origin of a layout.
• You will provide accurate descriptions and accurate Town Hall / Builder Hall level information.
• Base layout copy links must be valid Clash of Clans in-game links.

All uploads are subject to moderation review before appearing publicly on the site. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates these guidelines.

You retain ownership of the base layouts you upload. By submitting a layout to ClasherZone, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, promote, and store the content on the platform.

Clash of Clans game assets, trademarks, and related intellectual property belong to Supercell Oy. ClasherZone operates under Supercell's Fan Content Policy. ClasherZone is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell.

If you believe content on ClasherZone infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to contact@clasherzone.com with the following information: your contact details, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing content, and a statement of good faith belief.

You may not use ClasherZone to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content without prior written permission.
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or probe the site for vulnerabilities.
• Post spam, phishing links, or malware.
• Circumvent any rate limiting, authentication, or access controls.
• Resell or commercially redistribute base layouts without the creator's consent.

ClasherZone is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that base layouts will be optimal for your specific clan war or gameplay situation. Download counts, ratings, and other metrics are community-sourced and may not reflect current meta.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed wars resulting from a chosen base layout.

ClasherZone displays advertisements through Google AdSense and may work with direct advertising partners. Advertisements are clearly distinguished from editorial content. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
