1. Who We Are

ClasherZone ("we", "our", "us") operates the website https://www.clasherzone.com and the ClasherZone Discord Bot ("the Bot") — providing esports tournament management, Clash of Clans base discovery, and automated notification integrations.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how it is stored, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data across our website and Discord integrations.

2. Information We Collect

A. Website Account & Creator Data

When you register on ClasherZone, we collect your email address, username, display name, and optional Clash of Clans player tags. If you upload base layouts, we store the metadata, screenshots, and copy links associated with your creator profile.

B. Discord Bot & Integration Data

When you interact with the ClasherZone Discord Bot, link your Discord account (via OAuth2 or CZ Link tokens), or configure the Bot in a Discord server:

Discord User Identification: We collect your Discord Snowflake User ID, Discord username, global display name, and avatar hash.
Discord Server (Guild) Metadata: When administrators add the Bot, we store the Discord Guild ID, Server Name, and configured Channel IDs (for announcements, match updates, and base feeds).
CZ Link Tokens: Single-use, time-limited (15 min) authorization tokens used to link your Discord account to your ClasherZone profile.

C. Data We Do NOT Collect

We respect your privacy. The ClasherZone Discord Bot does NOT:

Read, record, or store message history from unauthorized Discord channels or private Direct Messages (DMs).
Collect voice chat audio, streaming data, or friend lists.
Store Discord passwords or payment information.

D. Usage Data & Cookies

We collect standard diagnostic server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and DDoS protection. We use session cookies for user login authentication and Google AdSense advertising cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

To verify tournament rosters and ensure participating players are linked to genuine Clash of Clans accounts.
To deliver automated notifications to configured Discord channels (tournament announcements, match schedules, results, and base layout feeds).
To process Discord slash command interactions (/cz tournaments, /cz link, /cz matches, /cz stats).
To protect the platform against fraud, impersonation, multi-accounting, and malicious activity.
To provide customer support and notify creators of base approval or status changes.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share data only with:

Discord, Inc.: We communicate with Discord APIs via official endpoints to execute slash commands, manage channels, and send embeds in compliance with Discord Developer policies.
Supercell API: Clash of Clans player tags are verified via the official Supercell REST API.
Google AdSense: Serves contextual advertising on our website using anonymized advertising identifiers.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

We retain your account and Discord linkage data only for as long as your account remains active.

How to Unlink or Delete Your Discord Data:

• Instant Self-Service Unlink: In Discord, run the command /cz unlink or visit your ClasherZone Dashboard at /dashboard/accounts to disconnect your Discord account instantly.
• Server Removal: Removing or kicking the Bot from your Discord server immediately halts all channel broadcasts and invalidates configured feed bindings.
• Full Account Deletion: You may request complete erasure of your personal data by emailing us at contact@clasherzone.com. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.

6. Security

All incoming Discord webhook interactions are cryptographically verified using Ed25519 signature verification. All network traffic between your client, our servers, and Discord is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS protocols.

7. Children's Privacy

ClasherZone and our Discord Bot are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
